Proposal: A Model Experiment
WikiRate has been tossing around the idea of a "labs" website for some time, but it took the Tech4Good Guild to inspire us to act.
The long-term goal of this site is to evolve into a place with a lot of live, dynamic capabilities for experimenting with data. For example, you might be able to choose a visualization pattern, select some [[http://wikirate.org/Metric|WikiRate metrics]] that match the visualization's needs, and then generate a visualization with static and dynamic embed codes.The short-term goal is to create a single visualization that:
creates a compelling view of live WikiRate data
is fully documented in code
is clearly presented in an [[Experiment]] card
could be fully reproduced by a technically savvy user.
